加快构建以轨道交通为骨干的通勤圈为培育发展现代化都市圈提供了重要的支撑,为了更好发挥粤港澳大湾区城际铁路的效能,近年来其运营主体及运营模式进行了调整,逐渐由原铁路运营部门移交至地方地铁运营主体按照公交化模式运营。本文通过分析采用公交化运营模式后粤港澳大湾区城际铁路存在的功能层次不清晰、与城市发展不协调、网络化运营不足、服务效率不高等相关问题,提出将城际铁路、市域快线等各层次轨道按照功能层次重新整合审视,结合都市圈出行需求特征统筹考虑网络布局,优化都市圈外部廊道,强化核心区快速直连通道,利用车站配线及联络线进一步加强都市圈轨道的互联互通,优化城际车站与地铁换乘服务等相关建议,为区域内城际铁路的运营服务水平的提升及可持续发展提供一定参考。

Accelerating the construction of a commuting circle with rail transit as the backbone provides important support for the cultivation and development of modern metropolitan areas. In order to better play the effectiveness of the intercity railway in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA), the operating entities and modes have been adjusted in recent years, gradually transferring from the original railway operation departments to local metro operators following the public transport model. By analyzing the issues related to unclear functional levels, lack of coordination with urban development, insufficient networked operation, and low service efficiency of the intercity railway in the GBA, this article proposes to reintegrate and re-examine the various levels of tracks, including intercity railways and city-wide express lines, based on their functional hierarchy. It also recommends considering the network layout in combination with the travel demand characteristics of the metropolitan area, optimize the external corridor of the metropolitan area, and strengthen the fast direct connection channel of the core area. using station sidings and connecting lines to further enhance the interconnection of metropolitan area railways, and optimizing the transfer services between intercity stations and subways. These suggestions can provide some reference for the improvement of service and sustainable development of intercity railway.
