[摘要]
针对目前车辆段上盖开发中减振降噪的迫切需求,本文归纳了车辆段轨道振动噪声的既有控制措施,提出了车辆段车场线钢轨无缝化的必要性,研究了无缝化对于轨枕的需求。经检算,本文认为车辆段在采用臂展式阻力枕并配合其余加强措施的情况下,能够满足无缝线路的强度和稳定性要求。进一步地,本文提出了7号可动心轨辙叉无缝道岔技术,结合北京地区实际使用条件进行了道岔无缝化检算,认为该道岔及道岔群具备无缝化的条件。在车速为15km/h的条件下,本文进行了对比测试,认为可动心轨辙叉道岔相比于固定型辙叉道岔具有3~5dB的减振降噪效果。

In view of the urgent need for vibration and noise reduction in the upper cover development, this paper summarizes the existing control measures of track vibration and noise in the depot, puts forward the necessity of seamless rail in the depot line, and studies the demand for sleepers. After calculation, it is believed that the depot can meet the strength and stability requirements of the seamless line under the condition of using the arm span resistance pillow and cooperating with other strengthening measures. Furthermore, this paper proposes the seamless turnout technology of No. 7 movable turnouts, and carries out the seamless verification of the turnouts in combination with the actual use conditions in Beijing, and it is believed that the turnouts and the turnouts group have the conditions for seamlessness. Under the condition of 15km/h, this paper conducts a comparative test, and it is believed that the movable turnout has a vibration and noise reduction effect of 3~5dB compared with the fixed turnout.
