基于城市轨道交通互联互通内涵,针对重庆轨道交通26/27号线互联互通必要性及合理性,总结了规划契合情况、完善服务质量、引导城市发展及落实资源共享等宏观定位,同时分析了互联互通模式导致的经济效益、运营损失以及土建投资增加,在考虑时间价值影响的前提下,以折算净现值作为26/27号线互联互通必要性及合理性的衡量指标,研究结果表明：重庆轨道交通26/27号线互联互通模式折算净现值大于零,互联互通必要性突出且方案合理,应予推荐。本文针对城市轨道交通互联互通必要性论证方面,构建了定性分析与定量分析相结合的分析框架,完善了城市轨道交通互联互通研究体系,为同类型项目的规划设计提供了有效参考。

In order to prove the necessity and rationality of interconnection with Chongqing rail transit Line 26 and Line 27 based on the connotation of urban rail transit interconnection, this paper summarizes the macro positioning of planning fit, improving service quality, guiding urban development and implementing resource sharing. And it analyzes the economic benefits, operating losses and civil investment increase caused by the interconnection mode. With the influence of time value, the converted net present is used as the measurement index of the interconnection’s necessity and rationality to demonstrate Line 26 and Line 27. The results show that the converted net present of interconnection with Chongqing rail transit Line 26 and Line 27 is greater than zero. The necessity of interconnection is prominent and the scheme is reasonable, which should be recommended. In view of the necessity of urban rail transit interconnection, this paper constructs an analytical framework combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, improves the research system of urban rail transit interconnection, and provides an effective reference for the planning and design of similar projects.
