近年来随着国家经济全面转型升级，北京城市发展方式也随之发生转变，更加强调科学、可持续的高质量发展建设。轨道交通与城市发展的关系也得到了重新审视，“城随轨建”的规划理念应运而生。本文对北京轨道交通现状发展存在的部分问题进行剖析，总结国内外轨道交通站城融合发展经验，梳理了北京近年来站城一体化相关的政策指引，对轨道交通线站位规划理念提出了新的认识与思考。在线网规划层面注重廊道与节点的选择，强化与城市规划的互动关系，在线路规划层面注重站点与用地的资源匹配，平衡规划与建设的共赢关系。并结合实际工程项目经验，将规划新理念应用到工程实践当中，为北京轨道交通站城一体化融合发展建设提供参考。

In recent years, with the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the national economy, Beijing's urban development mode has also undergone a transformation, with more emphasis on scientific, sustainable and high-quality development and construction. The relationship between rail transit and urban development has also been re-examined, and the planning concept of "urban follow-track construction" has emerged. This paper analyzes some of the problems existing in the development of the current situation of Beijing's rail transit, summarizes the experience of the integration and development of rail transit station cities, sorts out the policy guidelines related to the integration of station cities in Beijing in recent years, and puts forward new understandings and thoughts on the station planning concept of rail transit lines. In the aspect of urban rail transit line network planning, emphasis is placed on the selection of corridors and nodes, strengthening the interaction with urban planning. In the aspect of route planning, attention is paid to the resource matching between stations and land, balancing the win-win relationship between planning and construction.Combined with the experience of actual engineering projects, the new concept of planning is applied to engineering practice, and it’ll provides a reference for the implementation of the integrated development of Beijing rail transit station city.
