针对盾构渣土资源化利用,本文依托苏州轨道交通8号线,基于实验室研究改进固化材料配比,将区间线路盾构渣土置拌成符合工程要求的同步注浆浆液。同时,新建8号线双线盾构隧道与既有3号线双线隧道在唐庄站交汇,形成两层四线叠落的特殊工况。本项目使用的渣土浆液稠度约为113 mm,7 d强度≥1 MPa,28 d强度≥2.5 MPa,满足工程要求。掘进过程中既有隧道结构的监测数据表明,盾构渣土浆液可以有效地控制新建盾构对既有建(构)筑物的影响。利用盾构渣土制备同步注浆浆液可实现渣土资源化利用,在推进绿色建造的同时降低隧道(双线)施工成本约75 万元/km。

Focusing on the reuse of tunnel muck, this article aims to prepare tunnel muck from Suzhou Metro Line 8 into synchronous grouting material that meets the engineering requirements for different geological conditions by adjusting solidification material compositions through laboratory experiment. In this project, a new double-line shield tunnel of Metro Line 8 intersects with the existing double-line tunnel of Line 3 at Tangzhuang Station, forming a unique situation with two layers of four tracks. The muck-produced grout used in this project have a consistency value of 113 mm, and the 7-day and 28-day strengths exceed 1 and 2.5 MPa, respectively, meeting the engineering specifications. Based on the deformation monitoring data, it is evident that the muck-produced grout effectively controls the impact of upper tunnel construction on existing structures. Utilizing shield tunneling muck to prepare synchronous grouting slurry can achieve the resource utilization of muck, while promoting green construction and reducing the construction cost of around 750 thousand Yuan per kilometer (double line).
