为了实时监测钢轨健康状态,实现对钢轨断裂损伤的早期预警,本文提出了一种结合超声导波检测技术和变分模态分解信号处理技术的断轨检测方法。针对钢轨断裂检测需求,进行了系统工作流程以及各模块硬件电路的设计与搭建;并在有限元仿真软件中建立钢轨三维模型探究超声导波在钢轨中的传播速度与信号降噪方法的可行性。在苏州地铁5号线进行设备安装测试,通过人工模拟断轨缺陷的方法验证断轨监测系统的有效性,检测结果表明:钢轨出现断裂情况时,系统远程报警时间为3分钟,缺陷定位精度为98.9%,为钢轨断裂监测提供有效手段。

In order to monitor rail health in real time and realize early warning of rail fracture damage, this paper proposes a broken rail detection method combining ultrasonic guided wave detection technology and variational mode decomposition signal processing technology. According to the requirement of rail fracture detection, the system workflow and the hardware circuit of each module are designed and constructed. The three-dimensional rail model is established in the finite element simulation software to explore the propagation speed of ultrasonic guided wave in the rail and the feasibility of signal noise reduction method. Through the equipment installation test in Suzhou Metro Line 5, the method of artificial simulation of broken rail defects is used to verify the effectiveness of the monitoring system. The test results show that: when the rail is broken, the remote alarm time of the system is 3 minutes, and the fault location accuracy is 98.9%, which provides an effective means for rail fracture monitoring.
