针对常规地铁线路设计方法在建(构)筑物密集地段无法解决拆迁量大、施工难度大、风险大、代价大等问题,本文创新了一种特殊交叉渡线加曲线岛式错位站台组合的线路设计方法,不仅能满足建筑、结构、信号、轨道、行车、线路等相关专业的设计需求,而且能使得地铁线路可以灵活地绕避站点周边密集的建(构)筑物。研究结果表明,该创新线路设计方法可以实现减少拆迁、加大施工净距、缩减明挖规模、降低施工难度和风险、节省工程投资等目的,为地铁站点周边建(构)筑物密集、拆迁和施工困难的地段提供技术指导。通过实际的工程案例应用表明该创新线路设计方法,能产生很好的经济、技术和社会效益。

In view of the fact that the conventional subway line design method cannot solve the problems of large amount of demolition, difficult construction, high risk and high cost in the dense section of the building (structure) under construction.This article innovates a line design method that combines a special scissors crossover with a curved island type misaligned platform, which not only meets the design needs of related professions such as architecture, structure, signal, track, train operation, and line, but also allows subway lines to flexibly avoid dense buildings around the station. The research results indicate that this innovative route design method can achieve the goals of reducing demolition, increasing construction clearance, reducing open excavation scale, reducing construction difficulty and risk, and saving engineering investment. It provides technical guidance for areas with dense buildings, demolition, and construction difficulties around subway stations. The application of practical engineering cases shows that this innovative line design method can generate good economic, technical, and social benefits.
