冷却系统在长期的运行过程中,环境中的杂质和灰尘会随着冷却空气进入到散热器风道中,影响散热效率,极大地降低了变流器的运行可靠性。现有的离线式冷却系统灰尘堵塞检测方法存在检测效率低、检测成本高等问题。为此,本文提出了一种实时在线式冷却系统散热状态监测方法。该方法利用高斯-牛顿迭代法辨识稳态热阻,之后以稳态热阻为特征参数实现冷却系统散热状态在线监测。最后,通过仿真和实验对建立的在线监测方法进行了验证,结果表明,提出的冷却系统在线状态监测方法能准确监测冷却系统运行状态,为变流器的智能运维提供支持。

During the long-term operation of the cooling system, the impurities and dust in the ambient will go inside heatsink channels with cooling air, affecting the thermal dissipation efficiency and significantly decreasing the reliability of power converter. Existing offline condition monitoring methods of the cooling system have the problems of low accuracy and high-cost, a real-time online monitoring method of the thermal dissipation state is proposed based on the thermal modeling of cooling system. In this paper, a real-time online cooling system thermal state monitoring method is proposed. The method utilizes Gauss-Newton iterative method to identify the steady state thermal resistance, and then realizes online monitoring of cooling system heat dissipation status with the steady state thermal resistance as the characteristic parameter. Finally, the established online monitoring method is verified through simulation and experiment, and the results show that the proposed cooling system online state monitoring method can accurately monitor the cooling system operation state and provide support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of the converter.
