本文提出了一种评价新思维——ESE理论与方法,为城市轨道交通等大型基础设施的工程项目评估提供了新的理论支持和实践路径。本文提出数据具有ESE三性影响,并以其为坐标轴,构建了ESE空间直角坐标系,以此表征城市轨道交通所有业务场景。在ESE三维立体空间中,城市轨道交通的可持续发展状态被分成“八种四类”,实现了城轨交通可持续发展状态的可视化表达,并对可持续发展程度进行了量化计算。

This paper introduces a new way to evaluate thinking—the ESE Theory and Methodology, providing new theoretical support and practical pathways for assessing engineering projects such as urban rail transit and other large infrastructure. The paper proposes that data possesses three attributes defined as ESE, and uses these as the axes to construct an ESE Cartesian coordinate system, representing all business scenarios in urban rail transit. Within this three-dimensional ESE space, the sustainable development status of urban rail transit is divided into "eight types in four categories," achieving a visual representation of the sustainable development state of urban rail transport and quantifying the degree of sustainable development.
