目前,城市轨道交通车场停车库内立柱检查坑的立柱基本采用现浇混凝土结构形式,少数采用钢立柱或者预制混凝土小立柱结构。常规立柱方案存在施工作业环节多、施工精度不易控制、施工进度缓慢、施工质量不易控制等问题,难以满足城市轨道交通施工工期、施工精度、美观性要求。系统调研了常规现浇混凝土立柱方案、钢立柱方案、预制混凝土小立柱方案在设计、施工精度控制、施工质量控制及工程造价等方面的优缺点,研发了一种预制 H 型板柱组合轨道结构方案。相较于常规方案,此方案有简化作业环节、降低劳动强度、提高施工精度、提升施工效率、增强其美观性等特点,最大限度实现了结构装配化,为解决库内立柱检查坑结构的相关问题提供了借鉴和参考。

At present, the columns of column inspection pits in the parking garage of urban rail transit depots adopt the form of cast-in-place concrete structures, and a few adopt steel structures, columns, or precast concrete small column structures. Conventional column schemes have many construction operations, progress is slow, and accuracy and quality are difficult to control. It is difficult to meet the requirements of the construction period, construction precision, and aesthetics of urban rail transit. In this study, the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional cast-in-place concrete column, steel column, and precast concrete small column schemes were systematically investigated with respect to design, construction precision control, construction quality control, engineering cost, and a precast H-shaped slab and column composite track structure scheme was developed. Compared with the conventional scheme, this scheme has the characteristics of simplifying operation links, reducing labor intensity, improving construction accuracy and efficiency, and enhancing its aesthetics, and realizes thestructural assembly to the greatest extent, providing a good reference for solving the problems related to the inspection pit structure of the columns in the car depot parking garage.
