针对都市圈跨制式轨道交通付费区融合票价体系,首先对中国京津冀、长三角及成渝等都市圈,国外伦 敦、巴黎、东京等都市圈票制票价体系进行调研。在总结国内外经验的基础上,分析票价制定的目标与原则,首 次提出“分区段计程票价”的方案,针对跨制式跨区域票价计算问题,推荐同制式“不分段,不重新起步”计价, 跨制式“分段,重新起步”计价。在多路径 OD 票价计算方面,综合比选了最短路径、最低票价、综合路径 3 种 票价方案,各项分析均辅以具体实例,方便理解。

Focusing on the integrated fare system of cross-standard rail transit payment systems, this study investigates systems in metropolitan areas such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, Yangtze River Delta area, and Chengdu- Chongqing area in China, and in foreign cities such as London, Paris and Tokyo. It will provide a basis for summing up the experience at home and abroad, and analyze the objectives and principles of fare setting. The scheme of “sectional taxi fare” is put forward for the first time. In view of the problem of cross-standard and cross-regional fare calculation, it is recommended to adopt the same standard of “no segmentation, no restart” pricing and cross-standard of “segmentation, restart” pricing; In terms of OD fare calculation, the shortest path, lowest fare and comprehensive path are comprehensively compared and selected. Each analysis is supplemented by specific examples for easy understanding.
