介绍导轨式胶轮电车的曲线通过理论分析与试验验证的情况,分析导轨式胶轮电车的架构和主要技术参 数,论述导向机构和铰接机构的工作原理,并对其进行运动学理论分析;利用 SIMPACK 和 MSC ADAMS 多体系 统动力学软件,讨论车辆在 15 min 最小平曲线半径、S 型曲线及最小缓和曲线半径(R=200 m)爬坡(坡度 13%)工况 下结构运动自由度、走行部的运动关系和车体的运动关系;采用 3 编组样车进行曲线通过验证,描绘车辆限界通 过情况,确认车辆满足顶层指标的要求。最后将仿真分析与试验结果进行对比,确认仿真计算与试验情况相一致。

This study focuses on theoretical analysis of curve negotiation of rubber-tired trams and its verification. The architecture and key technical parameters, as well as the working principles of the guiding mechanism and articulated mechanism are introduced and analyzed using kinematic theory. Freedom of structural motion and kinematic relationships of running gear and carbody are elaborated under the climbing (gradient of 13%) working conditions with the minimum horizontal curve radius (R=15m), S type curve as well as minimum transition curve radius (R=200m) through Dynamics of Multi-body System of SIMPACK and MSC ADAMS. A curve negotiating test is carried out on 3-car prototype tram to verify that the vehicle meets the top index of specification. Finally, the simulation analysis is compared with the experimental results to confirm that the simulation calculation is consistent with that under test condition.
