随着北京地铁线路的日益增多、站内服务设施的日渐丰富，站内环境的复杂度不断增加。乘客在站内出 行遇到一系列问题：一是站内换乘复杂，地铁站越来越多，换乘关系复杂，给乘客的地铁出行带来不便；二是公 共服务设施不好找，站内服务设施多，缺乏指引标志，乘客不易寻找目标设施；三是车站出口多、信息少，地铁 站出入口多，乘客无法第一时间找到目标出站口。此外，站外建筑及交通的寻找也不够便利，站外交通换乘信息 较少，乘客出站后不能迅速换乘。为提升站内乘客出行的满意度，通过站内外一体化导航支撑来解决站内换乘、 服务设施寻找、出口周边信息等问题，从而提升乘客的地铁出行体验，提高运营服务水平。
