随着北京地铁线路的日益增多、站内服务设施的日渐丰富,站内环境的复杂度不断增加。乘客在站内出 行遇到一系列问题:一是站内换乘复杂,地铁站越来越多,换乘关系复杂,给乘客的地铁出行带来不便;二是公 共服务设施不好找,站内服务设施多,缺乏指引标志,乘客不易寻找目标设施;三是车站出口多、信息少,地铁 站出入口多,乘客无法第一时间找到目标出站口。此外,站外建筑及交通的寻找也不够便利,站外交通换乘信息 较少,乘客出站后不能迅速换乘。为提升站内乘客出行的满意度,通过站内外一体化导航支撑来解决站内换乘、 服务设施寻找、出口周边信息等问题,从而提升乘客的地铁出行体验,提高运营服务水平。

With the increasing number of subway lines in Beijing, the service facilities in stations have been improving improved, and the complexity of the station environment is increasing. Passengers encounter a series of problems within the station. The station transfer complex: subway station increasingly, the relationship between the transfer is complex, and the inconvenience of passengers subways; public service facilities are not easy to find because there are many service facilities in the station, and the lack of guidance signs makes it difficult for passengers to find the target facilities. The station exits more, less information: subway station entrances and exits, passengers cannot immediately find the target exit, standing outside the building and traffic: inbound traffic transfer information is less, and outbound passengers cannot quickly find the target exit after transfer. To improve the satisfaction of passengers at the station, an integrated navigation support inside and outside the station is adopted to solve problems, such as intra-station transfer, service facilities search, and information around the exit, to improve the subway travel experience of passengers and improve the operation service.
