针对轨道交通建设工程进度的可视化管控需求，提出并实现一种城市轨道交通建设工程进度可视化管理 系统。基于工程进度管控体系，利用数据运算模型的搭建及数据可视化展示技术，结合工程进度周报的管理要求， 实现对工程建设形象进度管理的可视化管控。结合信息化管控平台，为地铁建设工程进度管理人员及整个地铁线 网建设进度、各线路建设进度，各车站建设进度的标准化、可视化及一体化管理提供操作平台，提高轨道交通建 设工程进度管理的水平，降低进度管控的成本。
