国内地铁 35 kV 供电系统备用电源自动投入装置采用线路差动保护起动方式,在上级母线故障时存在备自投拒动的问题,针对此问题分析并提出一种基于数字通信保护技术的 35 kV 备自投方案。该方案借助国内地铁已有应用的数字通信保护技术,通过上、下级备自投的息通信和逻辑判断,实现备自投有选择性地快速动作。根据对信息利用方式的不同,提出闭锁式备自投和允许式备自投,分析两种方式的动作原理和逻辑组成,并从速动性、可靠性、方案的实现等方面分析其特点,传统变电站更适合采用允许式备自投,智能变电站采用两种方式均可,但宜优先采用允许式备自投。

As an automatic busbar transfer device triggered by a line optical-fiber current differential protection is non-responsive due to busbar faults, a scheme for a 35 kV automatic busbar transfer device based on digital communication protection technology, which can be applied in domestic metro, is proposed and analyzed. The proposed device supports fast and selective action through logical reasoning and communication between automatic busbar transfer devices. Depending on the information utilization modes, permitting automatic busbar transfer and locking automatic busbar transfer devices are proposed, the operating principles, logical composition, and characteristics, such as speed, reliability and implementation, of these two automatic busbar transfer devices are analyzed, and the permitting automatic busbar transfer device is recommended.
