针对当前轨道高等减振措施在车辆段应用中存在的不足,研制了一种施工维护方便、预紧力可调的车辆段库内高等减振扣件。为评估扣件使用效果,在某地铁线路车辆段进行了在线测试,测试内容包括隧道壁振动、钢轨位移、轮轨力、车内振动等。测试结果表明,在保证安全性和平稳性的同时,列车低速空载条件下新型扣件相比普通弹性分开式扣件减振效果可达8db以上,能够满足车辆段高等减振需求。

To resolve the shortcomings of current high-level vibration reduction measures in the application to a rolling stock depot, a high-level vibration damping fastener with a convenient construction and adjustable preload is developed herein. To evaluate the usefulness of the fastener, an online test was carried out in a Metro line. The test involves tunnel wall vibrations, rail displacement, wheel rail force, and vehicle vibration. The test results show that while ensuring security and stability, when compared with that of ordinary elastic separate fasteners, the damping effect of the new fastener can reach more than 8 dB at low speed and with zero train load. The new fastener can also meet the high-level vibration reduction require?ments of a depot. Keywords: rail transit; rolling stock depot; over-track buildings; high-level vibration reduction; fastener
