从北京西北部轨道交通网和13号线运营现状存在问题出发,分析制约13号线能力提升的瓶颈。通过对“提升西直门站折返能力方案、基于拨线改造的列车扩编方案、基于车站扩编改造的线路拆分方案”的研究,提出13号线运能提升综合实施方案。采用线路拆分重组、新建+改造相结合、扩大编组(6B改为8B)等一系列改造,优化线网布局、破除13号线运营困局、提高线网服务水平和可达性。

An opportunity has been provided for a capacity expansion of Beijing Line 13 owing to a lack of capacity of the western section and a renewal of equipment. Beginning with conveying existing operating problems of the northwest rail network and Line 13 in Beijing, this study then analyzes the capacity bottleneck of this line. Based on the “improvement scheme for the turn-back of Xizhimen Station, a marshalling expansion scheme based on railway line-moving, and a line splitting scheme based on a station expansion, ” an integrated implementation program for improving the transportation capacity of Line 13 is proposed herein. Through adoption of a series of transformations such as “line splitting and reorganization, a combination of construction and renovation, and marshalling expansion (from 6B to 8B), ” it is possible to optimize the subway network layout, break the operating predicament of Line 13, and improve the service level and accessibility of the network.
