结合北京地铁10号线二期某区间选用的加泥式土压平衡盾构机的施工效果及遗留的问题,着重对大粒径砂卵石地层中盾构选型、刀具优化、渣土改良等方面进行分析、研究。结合实际施工经验,介绍无水大粒径砂卵石盾构的综合施工技术。结果表明,加泥式土压平衡盾构机对无水大粒径砂卵石地层有一定的适应性。

Taking the earth pressure balance shielding method adopted during the second-phase construction of Beijing Subway Line 10 as the background,authors of this paper made an analysis on the comprehensive shielding technology for waterless large sandy gravel strata,emphasizing the selection of different types of shielding machines,optimization of the machine's tools,and improvement of the quality of soil,etc. The results indicate that the earth pressure balance shielding method is applicable to large sandy gravel layers,and that it is feasible to use the open or semi-open shielding in large grain pebble stata.
