通过大量的现场调查、测试、试验以及理论分析,揭示北京地铁新线异常波磨的产生机理,发现钢轨异常波磨的主要成因,有针对性地提出已运营线钢轨异常波磨的整治原则,提出防止地铁钢轨异常波磨的综合减振技术原则。通过对课题研究成果的总结,从城市轨道交通建设管理的角度,提出防止钢轨异常波磨发生和发展的原则及建议,为保障运营安全、最大限度地降低养护维修成本提供有力的技术支持。

Rail corrugation is a crucial problem for railway industry worldwide. Large - scale field investigations,measurements and theoretical researches were conducted on Beijing metro new lines to find out the causes of the unusual rail corrugations. Treatment measures were proposed from the perspective of construction management of rail transit to remove rail corrugation sections on existing lines and avoid rail corrugation happening on new lines. The suggestions in this paper will provide a technical support to reduce the cost of maintenance and guarantee the safely operation.
