The article describes the practical application of the domestic FZL signaling system in Changchun light rail Line 3 and the features and configuration of the system and introduces the six years’mixed run operations of the first and second-phase project of Line 3 as well as the operation mode． Practical application results show that the system possesses the advantages of low cost，high reliability and wide adaptability，can meet the requirements of the special operation mode，and can be used as an option of the small volume rail transit signal system．
