通过对智能建筑管理系统、综合监控系统的核心设备及系统功能的对比，结合项目的主要楼宇弱电系统，分析综合监控系统集成的具体方案，得出结论：对于地铁指挥中心这种功能比较复杂且安全性要求比较高的建筑，采用综合监控系统作为楼宇弱电系统集成平台具有一定的优势。

After comparing the core equipment and system functions of IBMS and ISCS，the author concluded: for a subway command centre which requires high -level functional complexity and high security，it is appropriate to adopt ISCS for the intelligent building management system platform． This article introduces the application of extra low-voltage systems in ISCS within major building in a specific project．
