分析近几年地铁列车频繁误入接触网无电区 的事故原因,以及对设备和人身安全造成的危害。讨 论现有设备不能对列车运行前方的接触网带电状态进 行可靠判断的问题,研制出隔离开关状态联控显示装 置,帮助驾驶人员在地铁列车通过分段绝缘器时能够 准确判断运行前方接触网是否带电,从而避免地铁列 车误入接触网无电区事故的发生。

The paper analyzes the accident causations in recent years that trains frequently drove into non-electric zone of the contact system, which endangered the equipment and personal safety. The current equipment cannot effectively judge the electrification situation of the contact system in front of the moving train. Authors of the paper developed an isolating switch state combination control display device by which operators can accurately judge the charged state in front of the contact system when subway trains pass through the subsection insulator so that the accident for trains running into non-power zone of contact system can be avoided.
