以轨道交通快速发展的天津市为例，通过分析天津的文脉传承与发展特色，将“人文”作为切入点，提出构建天津城市轨道交通人文化环境的思路，如进行站台设计、票卡设计、媒体终端、人性化服务等，为今后天津市及其他城市轨道交通环境人文化的发展提供有价值的参考。

Taking Tianjin, where has a rapid development in its urban rail transit as an example. By analyzing the inheritance of the cultural tradition and the features of the development in Tianjin, an idea of constructing the urban rail transit of Tianjin to be a humanized environment has been proposed, which taking the “humanity” as a starting point. Consequently, it could provide a valuable reference for future humanized environment development of urban rail transit in Tianjin and other cities.
