针对轨道交通运营过程中出现的突发大客流情况，从保证乘客安全、满足出行需求出发进行组织与控制。通过研究麦加轻轨的强可控大客流组织，探讨强可控大客流的特点，并针对其特点采用物理切割法、提高流速法、源头控制法3种组织与控制措施，分析强可控大客流在实际中的组织与控制，为今后大型或特大型活动所形成的强可控大客流组织与控制提供参考。

In the process of urban railway transit operation there will be a sudden large passenger flow, in order to ensure passenger’s safety and meet the needs of travel demand, organize and control to the flow is needed, and the strong controllable large passenger flow (SCLPF) is typical of which. Combine with Mecca Light Railway, this paper discuss the characteristic of the SCLPF, and use physical cutting method, improve the velocity method and source control method, three methods to control and organize, and analysis the SCLPF organize and control application in reality, provide the SCLPF organize and control experience for big projects in future.
