以沈阳市浑南新区现代有轨电车为项目背景，总结分析有轨电车设计的总体指导思想，即以人为本、因地制宜、宏微并重、软硬兼施。从路侧、路中、交叉口、桥梁、道岔区、单面坡等不同地段详细阐述在线路设计中需注意的细节，以促进现代有轨电车的建设规范化和标准化。

The general guiding principle of modern tram’s design was summarized based on the Shenyang Hunnan new district’s modern trams project. The overall guiding ideology of the trams design includes being people-oriented, adjusting measures to local conditions, and both considering micro and macro conditions. Focuses of different aspects like roadside areas, road areas, crossings, bridges, switch areas, single-side slope sections, etc., are illustrated in line design. The conclusions are helpful to establish modern tram’s design and construction standardization.
