北京地铁14号线环境与设备监控系统采用 LK 冗余系列可编程控制器为核心的分布式I/O控制 系统,主从控制器分别在车站两端,控制器之间通过双 光纤自愈环相连,并采用Profibus-DP 双网冗余作为 主干网进行通信。通过对该车站所辖区间及车站九大 系统设备进行模式和时间表控制、对设备用房和公共 区的环控参数进行实时监测以及与火灾报警控制系统 主机modbus通信和消防联动,保证地铁乘客乘车安全 和地铁站内的环境适宜。同时,主从端可编程控制器 皆采用“一主一备”的运行模式,两个可编程控制器之 间通过底板实现数据的高速同步及主备控制器的切 换,从而实现主系统出现故障时快速切换到备用系统 上,保证环境与设备监控系统的稳定运行,提高系统抗 干扰能力。

[Abstract]
The control system composition and control process of the BAS in Beijing Subway Line 14 is presented. The redundant control system is realized by using the series of HollySys LK PLC as the core and the master-slave system which are communicated via the optical fiber self-healing ring bus. The mode and schedule control method is designed by using the Profibus-DP dual redundant communication as a backbone network,which guaranteed that the running states of the equipment of the interval and nine systems of station are monitored and processed in real-time. To ensure the safety of subway passengers and suitable environment for subway station,fire-fighting linkage between the BAS and the FAS is implemented based on the communication mode of modbus; moreover,temperature and the concentration of carbon dioxide is detected by some special modules around the subway station. Meanwhile,the mode of“one running while the other standing by”is adopted by the BAS in each side of the subway station based on the high speed synchronous mode,which can assure flexibility,reliability and automatic running of the BAS when one of the two systems breakdown and the other can switch back and forth.
