线网应急事件处置协调系统由信息资源、信息技术、保障体制等要素组成,通过对信息资源的融合、分析处理,实现对应急事件的信息传递、应急响应、应急处置及总结评估。通过研究城市轨道交通线网应急组织结构,提出和应急组织结构对应的系统层次结构、系统主题框架和总体功能架构,并对建设线网应急处置协调系统所需要的关键技术进行研究,包括信息组团技术、地理信息系统技术和预案数字化技术。这些技术的应用,为线网应急事件的处置协调提供了可视化的资源调配;可实现系统自动联动,调取事件相关辅助决策信息;灵活的数字化预案实现应急事件数字化处置,提供处置流程的智能化指引,在很大程度上提高了应急响应能力。最后,指出系统在建设过程中的注意事项。

[Abstract]
The network emergency treatment and coordination system is composed of information resources, information technology and infrastructure. On the basis of the integration and analysis of information resources, this system implemented the function of accident information transfer, accident response, emergency treatment and accident summary. Research on the network emergency organization of urban mass transit, system hierarchy structure, system framework and the overall function structure were put forward, and this paper pointed out some key technical which is used in the process of the system development. Finally, some problems were pointed out, which refers to system construction.
