首先 阐述目前地铁中修现状及西安地铁通号设备中修规程制定的依据，提出了通号设备按是否影响行车安全确定是否进行中修。其次 介绍中修、大修、专项修概念，以及设备分类、启动时间、实施策略等一般性原则，然后，说明设备寿命周期、故障率、功能需求、性能参数、行业经验等中修标准的实施依据。最后以西安地铁为例说明如何高效、经济、科学地开展中修，为今后其他地铁中修工作提供借鉴和参考。

Through elaboration current situation of medium repairement and accordance for medium repairement regulations of Xi'an metro communication department，this paper proposes some general principles such as the definition,equipment classification, start time, embodiment and so on and some implementation accordance of medium repairement such as life circle,failure rate,functional requirements,performance parameters ,industry experience and so forth.Besides,this paper discusses how to conduct medium repairement high efficiently,economically and scientifically and provides lessons and references for later medium repairement of other metro stations.
