结合我国城市轨道交通建设现状,从建设全过程系统地总结安全保障的行业法规、技术标准、风险管理、隐患排查治理、安全保障系统和先进的监测技术。从完善新安全保障技术体系、物联网与大数据的应用、智能故障预警技术和基于BIM+GIS技术的应用4个方面提出建设安全保障技术发展的前景,为正在快速建设城市轨道交通的城市提供借鉴,以期对提高整个行业的安全管理水平有所裨益。

The paper systematically summarizes industry rules, technical standards, risk management methods, safety hazard investigation and management, safety safeguard system platforms and advanced monitoring technologies from the whole construction process of urban rail transit and its present situation. Improvement of new security technology system, application of internet of things and big data, intelligent fault early warning technology and application based on BIM and GIS technology were discussed for construction safety technology development prospects. Hopefully, the paper can provide reference for the city in which fast construction of rail transit is in progress.
