拟修建的长春轨道交通7号线,下穿某精密仪器厂区(最小水平距离50m,区间覆土为16.5m),存在运营车辆对邻近内部压力机等精密仪器场区产生振动影响。据此,本文通过测试分析长春轨道交通1、2号线相似断面的振动传播规律,从而预测长春轨道交通7号线对沿线精密仪器场区的振动影响。结果表明:(1)某一水平距离范围内,行车振动加速度影响有起伏式衰减作用;(2)在某一埋深范围内,行车振动的速度与位移影响有起伏式衰减作用;(3)根据长春轨道交通1、2号线相似断面的振动传播规律,预测7号线采用普通轨道振动满足要求,如果使用浮置板轨道,可以提高减振效果。

Changchun rail transit line 7 is to be built under a precision instrument factory (minimum horizontal distance is 50m, covering soil in the interval is 16.5m). It is possible that the vibration of operating vehicles may affect precision instruments such as presses in the factory. According to this, this paper analyzes the vibration propagation law of similar sections of Changchun Rail Transit Line 1 and line 2, and analyzes the impact on precision instruments in the plant area along Changchun rail transit line 7. The results show that: (1) in a certain horizontal distance range, the acceleration effect of driving vibration can be magnified; (2) in a certain buried depth range, the speed and displacement effect of driving vibration can be magnified; (3) according to the vibration propagation law of similar sections of Changchun rail transit line 1 and line 2, it is predicted that the ordinary track vibration of line 7 can meet the requirements if the floating slab track is used To improve the damping effect.
