为保障城市轨道交通系统的安全稳定运营，开展地铁接触网关键设备故障预测与健康管理(PHM)平台 建设与方案研究。以大数据和云计算技术为核心，设计接触网关键设备 PHM 平台系统结构，整合接触网维护 管理信息和检测、监测数据，评估系统所需的硬件资源，提出结合现有接触网监测管理系统的硬件方案。实 现基于贝叶斯网络推理模型的接触网关键设备及零部件的故障诊断、多维度健康状态评价及基于隐马尔科夫 模型的维修前剩余时间估计三大功能，最终形成一套从系统到零部件的接触网闭环健康管理体系。论述研究 接触网关键设备 PHM 平台的必要性和可行性，探讨接触网关键设备 PHM 平台的系统结构、功能设计及可视 化呈现。
This study aims to ensure the safe and stable operation of the metro, and to conduct the construction and program research of the Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) platform for the key equipment of the metro catenary. This platform uses big data and cloud computing technology as the core, designs the PHM platform system structure for key catenary equipment, integrates the maintenance and management information of the catenary as well as testing and monitoring data, evaluates the hardware resources required by the system, and proposes a combination of the existing catenary monitoring and management system hardware solutions. It also realizes the three major functions of fault diagnosis of key equipment and parts of the catenary based on the Bayesian network inference model, performs multidimensional health evaluation, and estimation of the remaining time before maintenance, based on the hidden Markov model. Finally, it focuses on forming a set of systems from zero to zero closed-loop health management system for the contact network of components. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of researching PHM platforms, and the system structure, functional design, and visual presentation of the PHM platform for key catenary equipment.
