为解决地铁盾构隧道机电设备安装钻孔施工对区间隧道结构的损伤，近几年盾构隧道管片预埋槽道技术 得到大力发展。以南京地铁“十三五”线路研究为背景，为解决预埋槽道费用高、耐久性差及后期更换困难等问题， 提出专用固定件+外置槽道系统和预埋套筒+外置槽道系统两种设置方案，也是对盾构隧道槽道技术的进一步探索和 延伸。通过选型、计算模拟分析，对专用固定件+外置槽道系统和预埋套筒+外置槽道系统等关键技术问题进行 研究，认为两种设置方案都是可行的和安全的，可根据线路实际情况选择采用，以达到方便施工、易于更换的目的。
To solve the structural damage to the shield-bored metro tunnels caused by the mechanical and electrical equipment installation drilling construction, embedded channel technology for tunnel segment has been significantly developed in recent years. In this study, the research on the 13th Five-Year Plan of Nanjing Metro Line is considered as the background. To solve the high-cost problem, durability and later replacement of embedded channel, as well as two kinds of installation schemes— special fixed parts with non-embedded channel system and embedded sleeve with external channel system—are proposed. It further explores and extends tunnel technology. In this study, through model selection, calculation, and simulation analysis, the key technical problems, such as special fixed parts with non-embedded channel system and embedded sleeve with external channel system, are studied. It is assumed that the two schemes are feasible and safe, and can be selected according to the actual situation of the line, to achieve convenient construction and easy replacement.
