The shield tunneling method is adopted in the section between Laodonglu Station and Wanghuatun Station of Shenyang Metro Line 4, and the stratum through which the tunnel passes is the water-rich clay stratum. In the curve section, the tunnel passes through dense buildings, and the deformation control standard of the buildings is high. According to the comparison of the tunneling effect of the two modes, the soil pressure balance mode is proposed to pass through the buildings. In this paper, the parameters of shield tunneling, the setting of soil pressure, the setting of grouting hole of B-type pipe slice and the measurement and control technology of curve section are discussed in detail, and the synchronous grouting grout suitable for the characteristics of formation and the characteristics of shield structure and the gap filling grout between the excavation contour of knife disk and the outer edge of shield are developed. The result of building deformation monitoring shows that the uplift and subsidence deformation are within the allowable range, which greatly improves the tunneling efficiency of shield.
