城市轨道交通是很多大中城市公共交通系统的骨干,对其进行车站内火灾事故的仿真研究十分必要,以 往既有行人模型研究主要采用微观仿真方法。基于广泛应用的建筑信息模型(BIM)技术、虚拟现实(VR)技术以及 智能体(Agent)模型,实现高真实度的行人紧急疏散仿真;并通过整合研究成果,开发 VR 疏散仿真系统。采用 Revit 软件工具进行 BIM 建模,将完成后的 BIM 模型载入 VR 引擎 Unity3D 中,在 Unity 内完成 BIM 与 VR 的对 接工作,实现外部 VR 设备对接,为 BIM 模型快速 VR 化提供技术支持,节省建模工作量;通过对国内外相关规 范的对比分析,在 VR 场景内实现虚拟火灾情景,设置不同的火灾工况与模式;对行人进行类别划分与参数赋予, 结合 C#编程与有限状态机原理,实现 Agent 根据环境条件自主进行状态切换,并进行相应的行为;开发 VR 疏散 仿真系统,并针对实际工程问题进行系统案例应用。结合 BIM、VR 技术的诸多优点,并通过 Agent 模型构建, 实现更加逼真的行人疏散仿真,开发出的 VR 系统在科研与工程应用领域也能够发挥作用。

Urban rail transit is an important mode of public transportation in many large- and medium-sized cities. Existing research on pedestrian models has mainly adopted micro-simulation methods. This research is based on the widely used building information modeling (BIM) technology, virtual reality (VR) technology, and the agent model, to realize high-reality pedestrian emergency evacuation simulation, and focuses on the development of a VR evacuation simulation system by integrating research results. In this study, the Revit software tool was used to conduct BIM modeling, and the completed model was loaded into the VR engine Unity3D to complete the docking between BIM and VR, realize the docking of external VR equipment, provide technical support for the rapid VR of the BIM model, and save the modeling workload. Through a comparative analysis of relevant domestic and foreign specifications, virtual fire scenarios were used in VR scenes, and different fire conditions and modes were set. Classification and parameter assignment of pedestrians were conducted and C# programming and the principle of finite state machine were used to realize the agent’s independent state switching and corresponding behaviors according to environmental conditions. A VR evacuation simulation system was developed, and a system case application was conducted for practical engineering problems. This study combines the advantages of BIM and VR technology with the agent model to build a more realistic pedestrian evacuation simulation. The developed VR system can also be used in scientific research and engineering applications.
