随着城市轨道交通的迅猛发展,国内城轨相继出现了车辆段TOD开发、综合交通枢纽、深埋车站等多种新的建设模式。在缺乏相应设计规范的情况下,通过对实际工程案例的分析研究,在保证消防安全的前提条件下,重新构建新建设模式下具备轨道交通特色的消防给水系统是必要的。解决方案:在深埋车站,采用常高压和临时高压消防给水组合方案;有地下车站消防给水系统利用市政自来水进行稳压,采用高位水箱和消防水池合建的新设计理念;研究综合交通枢纽地铁消火栓及喷淋系统设置方案;研究带盖开发车辆段咽喉区的消防设计方案,讨论不同形式车辆段单体消防设计参数取值,提出盖下单体喷淋设计方案等,为轨道交通消防给水设计提供新的设计思路,为规范编制提供依据。

With the rapid development of urban rail transit, new construction modes, such as transit-oviented development (TOD) for depots, integrated transportation hubs, and deep-buried stations have emerged in domestic urban rail transit construction projects. In the absence of corresponding design specifications, rebuilding a fire water supply system considering the rail transit characteristics is necessary under the new construction modes. This can be achieved through the analysis of actual engineering case studies, under the premise of ensuring fire safety. The use of a combination of normal and temporary high-pressure fire water supply in deep-buried stations is proposed. The municipal tap water may be utilized by the fire water supply system of underground stations for stability. A new design concept for high-level water tanks and fire pools as well as integrated transportation hub subway fire hydrants and sprinkler systems may also be adopted. A setting plan can be formulated, and a fire protection design plan for a covered throat area of the development depot may be implemented. Moreover, distinct fire protection design parameters for different forms of depots and single design plans may be conceived. New ideas for rail transit fire protection water supply designs may be devised and standardized as bases for revisions.
