随着城市轨道交通的迅猛发展,国内城轨出现了车辆段TOD开发,综合交通枢纽、深埋车站等多种新的建设模式,在缺乏相应设计规范的情况下,通过对实际工程案例的分析研究,在保证消防安全的前提条件下,重新构建新建设模式下具备轨道交通特色的消防给水系统是必要的。提出在深埋车站采用常高压和临时高压消防给水组合方案;地下车站消防给水系统利用市政自来水进行稳压,采用高位水箱和消防水池合建的新设计理念;综合交通枢纽地铁消火栓及喷淋系统设置方案;带盖开发车辆段咽喉区消防设计方案,不同形式车辆段单体消防设计参数取值,盖下单体喷淋设计方案等,为轨道交通给排水设计提供新的设计思路,为规范编制提供依据。
