地铁车辆基地设计具有工程体量庞大、专业众多、接口复杂的特点,采用传统设计手段容易出现设计缺陷及碰撞问题。为提高设计质量,以抓马山车辆基地工程为依托,对BIM技术在地铁车辆基地工程中的应用进行探索。运用Autodesk公司软件及自主开发的多种BIM设计工具等软件,完成了所涉及的15个专业内容BIM设计工作。通过建立族库、各专业BIM设计、模型整合的流程,完成整个车辆基地BIM模型构建,同时实现设计方案比选、工程量统计、碰撞检测、BIM+VR展示等应用,为提高设计质量提供有力保障。

The design of metro depots demands characteristics such as large engineering volume, multi-specialty, and complicated professional interfaces. Design defects and collision problems are common when using traditional design methods. To improve design quality, we explored the application of building information modeling (BIM) technology in the ZhuaMaShan Metro Depot Project. We used Autodesk software and a variety of BIM design tools that we independently developed to complete the BIM design work involving 15 professional contents. Through the process of establishing a family library BIM design of various major and model integrations, the construction of the BIM model for the entire metro depot was completed. The applications of design scheme comparison, engineering quantity statistics, collision detection, BIM+VR display, and other applications are achieved, providing a firm guarantee for improving the design quality.
