在南京地铁1号线双龙大道至南京南站地铁隧道正常运行的线路上,采用在线检测和锤击方法对比III型减振器与上部锁紧式双层非线性减振扣件(GJ-32扣件)两种轨道结构形式下钢轨的垂向和横向频率响应特性。结果表明:GJ-32扣件相对于III型减振器钢轨振动在200~400 Hz有较好的抑制作用;GJ-32扣件轨道结构形式具有较好的减振性能和阻尼特性;III型减振器区间钢轨波磨发展严重,而GJ-32扣件十分有效地抑制了钢轨短波的增长。

The vertical and transverse frequency response characteristics of steel rails under two track structure III fasteners and upper locking double-layer nonlinear fasteners (GJ-32 fasteners) are compared by online detection and hamming methods on the line of normal operation of the subway tunnel from Shuanglong Avenue to Nanjing South Station of Nanjing Metro Line 1. The results show the following. The GJ-32 fasteners have a better inhibitory effect on rail vibration between 200 and 400 Hz compared with the III fastener. The GJ-32 fasteners have better damping performance and damping characteristics. The development of corrugated rails of the III fastener is serious, and the growth of a corrugated rail is effectively inhibited by the upper locking double-layer nonlinear fasteners.
