随着城市化进程的加快，城市夜间出行需求不断增长，通宵运营已经成为城市轨道交通未来发展趋势之一。通过对国内外已实施通宵运营的城市轨道交通夜间运营模式及其影响进行梳理，结合城市轨道交通既有线路的客流需求以及设备设施条件，建议既有线路通宵运营可优先考虑在节假日连接交通枢纽与市中心的线路实施，后续可逐步扩大实施日期和线路。同时从线路设计、设备功能、客运服务等方面对未来新建线路提出通宵运营的相关需求，以期为轨道交通运营单位和设计单位的运输组织以及规划设计提供参考。

With increased urbanization, the demand for urban travel at night is increasing. Overnight operation has become one of the future trends of urban rail transit. Urban rail transit has been implemented globally. The overnight operation of urban rail transit is influenced by passenger demand and equipment conditions. Therefore, the overnight operation priority of routes on holidays to connect transport hubs with the down town should gradually increase based on the implementation date and the route. Furthermore, from the circuit design, the relevant requirements for equipment features, passenger service, and other aspects for the future overnight operation are proposed to provide reference for organization, planning, and design of similar projects.
