在总结城市轨道交通板式轨道应用现状及存在问题的基础上,阐述装配式轨道的核心技术理念,以及在 苏州地铁 5 号线典型工况条件下的优化应用技术要点,包括根据工程条件确定的主要技术参数,国内首次采用的 钢纤维细石混凝土填充层、喷涂型隔离层等技术,以及基于第三代预制板精调设备和测控系统技术优化的施工工 艺等。应用结果表明,该技术具有施工工序少、施工效率高、轨道平顺性好等诸多优点,为装配式轨道技术的进 一步推广应用提供参考与借鉴。

Using the summary of the application status and existing problems of slab tracks in urban rail transit, this paper expounds on the core technical concept of prefabricated track and its optimization application under the typical working conditions of Suzhou Metro Line 5. This includes the main technical parameters determined by the engineering conditions, steel fiber-reinforced fine aggregate in concrete filling layer, spray type isolation layer, and other technologies adopted for the first time in China. The construction technology was optimized based on the third generation of precast slab fine adjustment equipment, and measurement and control system technology. The application results show that the technology has many advantages, such as fewer construction procedures, high construction efficiency, and good track smoothness. This provides a reference for further application of prefabricated track technology.
