城市轨道交通换乘站存在客流结构复杂、客流增长迅速、车站容纳能力有限、客流路径上存在瓶颈等特征。针对换乘站客流组织难度大、风险高的问题,本文提出换乘站客流控制组团概念,利用流量平衡原理及运能匹配计算方法,提出换乘站换乘客流量化控制方法,即从换乘客流来源考虑,通过线网客流压力共担,实现换乘客流在站点及时间上的精准控制,实现换乘站客流控制的精准化和科学化,从而提高换乘站运输服务质量,降低车站运营风险。在换乘站可预见性大客流的案例中,详细说明了客流量化控制策略和计算过程,制定了有效的预案和风险评估机制,确保换乘站大客流安全有序。

The transfer station of urban rail transit has the characteristics of complex passenger flow structure, rapid passenger flow growth, limited station capacity and bottlenecks on passenger flow paths. In view of the difficulty and high risk of passenger flow organization at transfer stations, this paper proposes the concept of passenger flow control group of transfer station. Based on the principle of flow balance and the calculation method of transport capacity matching, this paper proposes the method of passenger flow control at transfer stations, that is, considering the source of transfer passenger flow, through the passenger flow pressure sharing of line network, the accurate control of passenger flow at the transfer station and time can be realized, and the accurate and scientific passenger flow control at the transfer station can be realized, so as to improve the transport service quality of the transfer station and reduce the operation risk of the station. In the case of predictable large passenger flow at transfer station, the paper describes the quantitative control strategy and calculation process of passenger flow in detail, and formulates an effective plan and risk assessment mechanism to ensure the safety and order of large passenger flow at transfer station.
