The design of urban rail transit station should not only meet the basic travel needs of passengers, but also respond to the needs of environment-friendly city construction. Firstly, the concept of environment-friendly station is put forward. Then, taking the main building of the station and the organization of passenger transport as the core, the evaluation theory of environment-friendly urban rail transit station is put forward with the extension of people-oriented transportation, green environmental protection, energy saving and consumption reduction. Then, combined with the development needs of urban rail transit, nine design concepts of environment-friendly stations are proposed. Finally, the paper clarifies the design key points of environment-friendly station, studies the weight of each design key points, and evaluates the importance of nine design concepts. This paper puts forward some suggestions on environment-friendly design and construction of urban rail stations in China. The research results can support the comprehensive evaluation of environment-friendly rail transit stations and guide the design of rail transit stations at the theoretical level. Thus, the location advantage of rail transit in public transportation can be enhanced, and the integration of station design and environment can be further promoted.
