在传统的轨道交通工程勘察内、外业作业中，存在着外业描述数据纸质记录工作量大、内业人工录入数 据错误率高、勘察生产各环节之间有数据壁垒和信息孤岛等问题，对此研发一种以 GIS、CAD 计算机图形学、数 据同步、word 在线编辑等为主要技术的工程勘察内外业一体化系统。该系统可实现从勘察纲要、外业采集、土工 试验、内业整理、成果审核、资料存档全过程的一体化管理，提高勘察专业生产的作业效率和业主对勘察成果的 信息化应用管理水平。该系统在国内多个城市轨道交通工程勘察项目中得到应用，取得良好的效果，为勘察企业 的内外业一体化管理和质量监管部门的信息化监管提供新的思路。
Problems associated with the traditional fieldwork of rail transit engineering surveys include issues related to information such as the heavy workload of paper records of field description data, high error rate of manual input data, data barriers, and information islands between various links of surveys and production. To address these problems, a comprehensive management system that integrates GIS, CAD computer graphics, data synchronization, with online editing is designed in the study. The system can carry out the integrated management covering the entire process of engineering surveying, including the phases of survey outlining, field collection, soil testing, inside work arrangement, result checking, and data archiving, which improves the operational efficiency of surveys and the management efficiency of surveying achievements by the stakeholders. The system has been applied in many urban rail transit engineering survey projects in China and has achieved good results. This study provides new ideas for engineering surveying enterprises and quality supervision departments to implement comprehensive management of fieldwork and inside work with information technology.
