2020 年新冠疫情突如其来,面对严峻的疫情防控形势和快速增长的复工复产客流,如何有效降低列车满 载率,确保乘客出行安全和运输生产有序,成为城市轨道交通运营企业亟待解决的问题。着眼均衡列车满载率的 运营目标要求,以乘客出行需求为导向,通过分析线路客流时空分布特征,打破既有资源配置约束,利用不平衡 运输、多交路套跑等方式精准配置运力,探讨网络化运营的行车组织方案优化思路。创新的网络化行车组织方案 可有效解决大城市的轨道交通运力运量矛盾,在缓解列车拥挤、提高出行效率的同时,降低运营企业成本,提供 实践推广经验。

Following the unexpected pandemic in 2020, passenger travel gap safety and transportation in an orderly manner needs to be managed carefully. This is particularly important when making plans to manage epidemic prevention and the fast-growing passenger traffic due to work resumption. This study focused on equalizing the vehicle load factor. It analyzed the characteristics of the time-space distribution of passenger travel and has broken the existing resource allocation constraints. The optimization of the urban rail transit scheme is configured by factors such as an unbalanced organization, and multiple routes. The networking scheme is effective for mitigating the contradictions between capacity and travel needs. The study also provides practical suggestions for reducing train congestion, improving travel efficiency, and reducing operating costs.
