结合广州地铁 10 号线广钢新城车辆段的设计实例，讨论盖下车辆段和上盖二级开发统筹设计的特点和注 意事项，提出地铁车辆段与二级开发一体化设计，应结合地形、用地条件、城市道路、河流水系、地块功能及用 地完整性等进行统筹规划和设计。重点探讨城市轨道交通车辆段上盖二级开发与盖下功能紧密结合的方案，应落 实车辆段与城市既有和规划边界条件，以保证和提升城市地块规划功能的完整性；应符合规划、合理布局，结合 边界条件，为车辆段创造附加价值；应根据车辆段运用库、检修库、镟轮线、试车线等建(构)筑物的特点，合理 设计柱网和线间距，做到盖上盖下统筹一体化设计，力求土地集约利用。
In this study, we investigate the features and matters that need attention in the integrated design of depots and the secondary development of property over the depot. To this end, an analysis is conducted of the design scheme of Guanggang New Town Depot of Metro Line 10 in Guangzhou. It is shown that metro depots and secondary development should be planned and designed in combination with the surrounding terrain, land use conditions, urban roads, river systems, land function, and land integrity. This research focuses on the close combination of the secondary development of the property above the urban rail transit depot and the function of the depot. The implementation of the existing and planning boundary conditions between the depot and the city are reviewed to ensure and improve the functional integrity of urban plot planning. It is important to respect the planning and layout and create additional value in combination with boundary conditions. Characteristics of buildings and structures should be made use of such as depot operations, depot maintenance, wheel lathe lines, and test lines. In addition, it is important to make rational use of the column network and line spacing to achieve the overall design of the superstructure and the depot and strive for intensive land use.
