城市轨道交通标准随着国家标准化工作改革发生了重大变化，及时建立健全与城市轨道交通建设规模和发展速度相适应的、满足市场需求的标准体系，有利于城市轨道交通行业各类型标准形成有机整体，提升标准质量，壮大标准影响力，促进技术创新，适应城市轨道交通持续健康高质量发展需求。简要统计分析城市轨道交通行业标准体系的建设主体概况，总结已有城市轨道交通相关标准体系，并分析其适用性。提出了城市轨道交通行业标准体系建设技术路线、工作原则、建设目标以及主要建设内容，给出了标准体系应用范围、结构图及重点研制领域的建议。期望积极推动中国城市轨道交通标准化工作，引领行业发展，助推交通强国建设和智慧城轨建设，并在国际标准化领域占据更重要地位。

Major changes have taken place in urban rail transit standards along with the reform of national standardization work. Timely establishment and maintenance of a standard system that meets the needs of the urban rail transit industry as well as the speed of development can create benefits to build an organic system that includes various types of standards in urban rail transit areas, and can thus improve the quality of standards, strengthen the influence of standards, promote technological innovation, and meet the needs of the urban rail transit industry’s continuous, healthy, and high-quality development. This study briefly investigates and analyzes the main body of the construction of an urban rail transit standard system, summarizes existing urban rail transit standard systems, and analyzes their applicability. We propose the technical route, working principles, goals, main construction content of the urban rail transit standard system, the application scope and structure of the urban rail transit industry standard system, and suggestions for key research and development areas. It is expected to actively promote China’s urban rail transit standards’ work, guide the development of the industry, promot the construction of a country with great strength in transportation and the construction of smart urban rail industry while occupying a more important position in the field of international circle of standardization.
