轨道交通与城市一体化规划需要精细化分析城市轨道站点周边的土地利用。通过采集城市站点周边土地利用及空间分布数据,从定性与定量角度开展站点域尺度的土地利用空间梯度特性研究。首先运用K-Means聚类算法挖掘城市轨道站点周边土地利用的空间分布规律,提出土地利用空间梯度特性的形态模式辨识方法;进一步,基于TOPSIS方法进行改进,提出土地利用空间梯度特性的量化评分方法。最后,以北京轨道交通网络作为案例,分析得到土地利用梯度特性的5类形态模式以及各站点土地梯度特性的量化评分,为促进轨道与城市的一体化协调发展提供方法基础。

The elaborate analysis of the land use around the urban rail transit stations is needed in the integrated planning of rail transit and city. The purpose of this paper is to qualitatively and quantitatively study the spatial gradient characteristics of land use. Firstly, using the K-means method, this paper explored a method to identify the morphological characteristics of spatial gradient of land use. Secondly, based on improved TOPSIS model, this study proposed a quantitative evaluation method of the spatial gradient characteristics. Finally, the results of a case study about Beijing rail transit network showed five morphological modes and quantitative evaluation of spatial gradient, and provided methodological basis for promoting the integrated and coordinated development of rail transit and city.
