上海地铁14号线歇浦路站横穿杨浦大桥引桥,为国内首座已实施的采用N-Jet超高压旋喷桩进行基坑封底止水的地下车站。通过利用MIDAS GTS软件,建立考虑土体、支护结构和桥桩间变形相互耦合作用的三维实体模型,模拟车站基坑开挖的全过程,分析不同变形控制措施下深基坑开挖对邻近高架桥桩基的变形影响,将数值分析与实际监测结果进行对比分析,表明在“基坑分次开挖、减小支撑竖向间距、坑底土体加固、N-Jet封底止水”等变形控制措施的条件下,高架桥桩基的变形满足控制指标的要求,保证高架桥的正常通行。

Xiepu Road station of Shanghai metro line 14 under-crosses an approach of Yangpu Bridge, Finite element software Midas GTS was used to establish the three-dimensional model that considering the interactions among soil, supporting structure and piles to simulate the construction process of the deep excavation, and then to analyze the influence of deep excavation under different controlling measures on the deformation of the viaduct pile foundation. The numerical simulation values were compared with the actual monitoring data which demonstrated that parting and dividing foundation pit, reducing the bracing spacing, setting waterproof curtain for N-Jet method, could meet the deformation control index of the viaduct pile foundation and ensure the safe operation of the viaduct.
