基于交通工程设施一体化理念,结合案例提出典型的高架路轨一体化共建方案,系统分析共建模式的创新性及优势,探讨工程设计方案的重点及优化内容。指出:高架路轨一体化共建模式创新地集成立体化交通模式;具有占空不占地、对城市空间隔而不绝的特点,优势为降低对城市空间的割裂,并具有施工周期短、风险小,投资更为节省,维护、管理、环控、防灾等易于实现的特点,可实现土地资源效益、效率最大化。本文方案对提高重大交通基础设施一体化程度,促进都市圈中心城市与市域新市镇同城化协同发展具有示范和借鉴价值。

Based on the concept of integration of transportation engineering facilities, a typical viaduct railway integration co-construction scheme is proposed based on the case. The innovation and advantage of co-construction mode are systematically analyzed, and the key content of engineering design scheme is discussed. It is pointed out that the viaduct railway integration co-construction mode innovatively integrates three-dimensional traffic mode; It has the characteristics of occupying no space and separating from the urban space. The advantage of this scheme is to reduce the separation of urban space, and it has the characteristics of short construction period, low risk, more economical investment, easy to achieve maintenance, management, environmental control, disaster prevention, and so on. It can realize the maximum benefit and efficiency of land resources. The scheme has a demonstration and reference value for improving the degree of integration of major transportation infrastructure and promoting the coordinated development of central city and new town in metropolitan area.
