目前国内轨道交通预制板轨道的隔离层材料采用的是高速铁路预制板轨道中的土工布方案,其隔离层材料的选择和设置并未考虑针对直流牵引制式下的杂散电流防护问题,从而造成部分杂散电流泄露。本文针对此问题,提出了一种在装配式轨道结构轨道板下采用四羟络合酯喷涂型隔离材料的全新方案,以替代传统的土工布隔离材料。本文通过设计相应的室内模型试验方案,对材料的绝缘性能进行了测试。模型试验结果表明,四羟络合酯作为板下隔离材料,轨道结构的绝缘性能相比土工布作为隔离材料均有大幅提高,从而能更好的提高直流牵引制式下杂散电流防护能力。本研究成果对于今后城市轨道交通装配式轨道杂散电流的防护设计具有很好的借鉴意义。

At present, the isolation layer material of the prefabricated slab track of domestic rail transit adopts the geotextile scheme in the prefabricated slab track of the high-speed railway. The selection and setting of the isolation layer material do not consider the stray current protection problem under the DC traction system, resulting in Part of the stray current leaks. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a new scheme of using tetrahydroxy complex ester spray-type insulation material under the track plate of the prefabricated track structure to replace the traditional geotextile insulation material. In this paper, the insulation performance of the material is tested by designing the corresponding indoor model test scheme. The model test results show that when tetrahydroxy complex ester is used as the insulation material under the plate, the insulation performance of the track structure is greatly improved compared with that of the geotextile as the insulation material, which can better improve the stray current protection ability under the DC traction system. The research results have a good reference significance for the protection design of the stray current of the urban rail transit prefabricated track in the future.
