针对目前国内大城市轨道快线规划建设过程中出现的快线规划目标与建设效果不一致的问题,文章通过梳理深圳市城市轨道交通快线规划建设情况,以深圳地铁11号线为例,从快线对城市空间结构、沿线职住与开发的影响以及快线网络连通性、快线建设标准与效果等方面进行了剖析,得出11号线的建设运营推动了城市西漂、优化了沿线用地性质、强化了组团连接、加速了网络融合、实现了中心城区与机场30min通达,发挥了快线对城市的融通发展作用。文章以此为基础进行分析研究,提出城市轨道交通快线规划建设应与城市规划空间结构相匹配,与城市开发建设同步、快线应重视网络衔接、快线建设标准亟待完善,并应具有约束性的发展建议,为深圳以及其它城市轨道交通快线建设发展提供了思路和借鉴。

In order to solve the problem of inconsistency between the planning goal and the construction effect in the process of urban rail express line planning and construction in China, this paper combs the planning and construction of urban rail transit express line in Shenzhen, taking Shenzhen metro line 11 as an example, this paper analyzes the impact of express line on urban spatial structure, employment, housing and development along the line, the connectivity of express line network, and the standards and construction effects of express line. It is concluded that the construction and operation of Line 11 promoted the westward movement of the city center, optimized the land use properties along the line, strengthened group connections, accelerated network integration, realized the 30-minute connection between the central city and the airport, and played the integrated development role of the express line to the city. On this foundation, this paper analyzes and propose that the construction of urban rail transit express line should match with the spatial structure of urban planning, synchronize with urban development and construction, pay attention to the connection of network and the construction standard of express line need to be improved urgently, and there should be restrictive development proposals. It provides ideas and references for the construction and development of Shenzhen and other urban rail transit express lines.
